Nahyan bin Mubarak takes part in 30x30 Fitness Challenge

HE Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Chairman of the General Authority of Youth & Sports Welfare, accepted the initiative of Dubai 30x30 fitness challenge, and participated in very actively on Saturday, 28 October 2017.

Alongside Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak, HE Mohamed Khalfan Al Rumaithi, General Commander of Abu Dhabi Police and Deputy Chairman of ADSC board of directors, and ADSC General Secretary, HE Aref Hamad Al Awani also took part.

HE Abdul Moniem Al Dossary, Assistant General Secretary for Sport Affairs at the General Authority of Youth & Sports Welfare, a number of sport leaders, and employees of ADSC took part in the Challenge, and completed the 30-minute exercise successively.

Before starting the challenge, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan expressed his thanks to HH Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for this valuable and creative initiative which will motivate all segments of the community to take this challenge, and how that is going to have positive impact on their health and lifestyle.

He also thanked Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed for his support to all positive initiatives that aim to enhance the health and fitness of all segments of the community.

He said: “We here at Zayed Sports City have accepted this Challenge, and here we go to perform the fitness activities of this initiative,”

“I call upon all categories of the community to engage in daily fitness exercises in order to improve their physical fitness, and to live actively.”

 For his part, ADSC General Secretary, HE Aref Hamad Al Awani conveyed his thanks to His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for this valuable initiative, and for the role he is playing to motivate UAE youths to practice sport exercises

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is an initiative of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council. The initiative is to get 30-minutes of physical exercises every for 30 days in order to improve physical fitness, and to live actively.
