Abu Dhabi Ladies Dash

The Abu Dhabi Ladies Dash is an accessible short distance and fun race for ladies and girls (aged 13 and over) designed to promote a healthier lifestyle. It provides a fantastic opportunity for ladies in the UAE to get together with friends, family members and colleagues for an evening of fun and healthy activities.

Ladies run in the team relay race as well as try out different sports, join fitness sessions, play games and take part in fun challenges in our Activity Village.

The Abu Dhabi Ladies Dash is a unique event strictly for ladies and girls in a completely private, outdoor setting.

Children welcome to join the Activity Village. There will be some activities for children, however please note boys must be under the age of 8 to attend. Only girls over 13 can join the relay race.

Event Schedule:

4:30pm - Event open / Registration

4:30pm - Activity Village opens

5:00pm - Main stage classes start

6:45pm - Race starts

7:45pm - Prize Ceremony

8:00pm - Activity village and main stage classes

10:00pm - Close of Abu Dhabi Ladies Dash
