His Highness Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of both the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation for Charitable and Humanitarian Works, and Abu Dhabi Sports Council, joined the nation in celebrating the Emirati Flag Day on November 3.
He congratulated the President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on the occasion.
“We derive our vision from the approach of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, Rulers of the Emirates who established the Union and wrote a new chapter in the history of our nation.
“The celebration of the Emirati Flag Day every year confirms the unity, strength and progress of the nation under our wise leadership, and the harmony it has spread across our citizens.
“The nation is elevated by love, peace, tolerance and coexistence through initiatives that serve these great ideas.
“In the UAE, we believe that peace is a strategic choice and a historic achievement to support stability in the Middle East and consolidate stability, and coexistence in the region.
“Every year on November 3, we renew the pledge to our leadership by giving our dear and precious efforts, so that the UAE flag remains a highpoint of achievements of our country under the banner of our wise leadership.”
