Football is the most popular game in the UAE and this is the best way to get our youth engaged in sports, said Hamid Abdullah Al Shammari, deputy chief executive officer of Mubadala.
We are delighted this competition continues to achieve our objectives by attracting the country youth to be active in sports.
May I also take this opportunity to congratulate the champions Al Shamkha and thank all participating teams for their participation and for their true sportsmanship on and off the pitch.
Aref Hamad Al Awani, general secretary of ADSC, thanks Mubadala for the sponsorship and initiative to support community sports.
This year competition drew more teams and we wish this number will increase next season, he said.
