About the Event

Make sure you are part of the action from 5 – 7 March 2020, as Abu Dhabi gears up to host the triathlon World Championship in 2022!

We are proud to be the largest and most inclusive triathlon in the region, with a variety of categories for age-groupers (including para-athletes) and juniors of all ages and abilities. And don’t forget to stay after your race to cheer on the world’s best elite triathletes as they go head-to-head in a bid to win precious Olympic-qualifying points.

There are triathlon races for over 2,000 amateur athletes of all ages and abilities – from tiny tots, to seasoned pros!

You’ll also be able to watch 110 of the world’s best triathletes from around the globe go head-to-head for precious Olympic qualifying points in our elite races.

But that’s not all – the ITU World Triathlon Abu Dhabi presented by Daman is so much more than a swim, bike, run. We’ve got a jam-packed schedule of music and entertainment in the Event Village, delicious F&B, daily competitions and giveaways.

Included in your registration is an event t-shirt, live results, finishers' medal, photo service, refreshments, timing, swim cap, athletes' guide, athlete identification pack, training program and preparation tips, nutritional guide plus pre-event training sessions.
