Excitement and challenge on the second day of the first Ghayathi Falcons Championship
An atmosphere of enthusiasm, competition and suspense prevailed on the second day of the first Ghayathi Falcons Championship, which was allocated to the owners of the Jarnas category, as its rounds were strong and exciting in terms of the convergence of times and the falconers’ desire to win the coveted title for each of the four rounds witnessed in the competition.
The Falcon H, owned by Ahmed Rashid Al Khaili, was able to fly high in the owners’ competition in the Gernas Gear Pure category, with a time of 18.126 seconds. The Falcon AKG, owned by Rashid Suhail Al Marri, came in second place with a time of 18.202 seconds, and the Falcon Al Kayed, owned by Omar Hamad Al Ameri, came in third place with a time of 18.759 seconds. In fourth place was the Falcon P11 of Ali Khalifa Hamad Al Qubaisi with a time of 18.912 seconds, and in fifth place came the Falcon Claw of its owner, Mohammed Hamad Al Ameri, with a time of 19.123 seconds.
The competitions in the Jarnas Gear category resulted in the victory of the Falcon H16 of its owner, Faris Ghanem Khalfan Al Mazrouei, in first place, achieving a time of 19.722 seconds. In second place came the Falcon Sulfur, owned by Zayed Ibrahim Al Hasani, achieving a time of 20.515 seconds, and in third place came the Falcon 008, owned by Saif Hassan Al Hammadi, with a time of 20.517 seconds. In fourth place came the Falcon 94 T of Abdullah Khamis Al-Hassani with a time of 20.685 seconds, and in fifth place came the Falcon Ray of Muhammad Abdullah Al-Qamzi with a time of 20.776 seconds.
In the Jarnas Jeer Shaheen category, first place was won by Falcon 11 of Rashid Abdullah Rashid Ahmed with a time of 17.680 seconds, Namous came in second place for Sultan Rashid Al Mansouri with a time of 17.851 seconds, third place was led by Mubarak Salem Al Marar with a time of 17.861 seconds, and exhausting Hamad Sultan Hamad came in fourth place with a time of 17.861 seconds. 18.069 seconds, and fifth place came in 089 for Rashid Ali Al Mazrouei with a time of 18.131 eight.
In the Jarnas Gear Qarmousha category, Falcon 12 won by Hamad Abdullah Halees Al Falasi with a time of 19.632 seconds. In second place came Falcon Mashael Munira Nasser Al Mansouri with a time of 20.121 seconds. In third place was Al Yamama by Nasser bin Buthan with a time of 20.142 seconds, and in fourth place was the Trembling Sultan Saif Al Mazrouei. With a time of 20.338 seconds, and in fifth place was Hungry Falcon 8614, owned by Khalfan Nader Al Qubaisi, with a time of 20.389 seconds.
Abdullah Butti Al Qubaisi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liwa Sports Club, crowned the winners of today’s competitions, congratulating them on the numbers they achieved.
He said that the Ghayathi Falcons Championship, which is held under the auspices of the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra region, witnesses a large turnout from participants and owners of the most famous falcons in the UAE to compete in an enthusiastic and exciting atmosphere with the aim of reaching the podium and achieving record numbers.
Al Qubaisi added that the strength of the competition, the close timing between the rounds of the competition, and the large turnout, whether from the participants or the audience, who were keen to be present to follow the championship competitions, reflects the extent of the great success achieved by the Ghayathi Championship in its first edition.
