Leading the lineup is Serbian team Ub, led by star Strahinja Stojacic, alongside the Dutch team Amsterdam, featuring Worthy de Jong, the French team Toulouse led by Olympic star Franck Seguela, and the American team Miami, which includes Dylan Travis. Also participating is the Mongolian team Ulaanbaatar, featuring standout player Anand Ariunbold, one of Asia’s leading 3x3 basketball figures.
Other participating teams include Lugano (Switzerland), Carolina (Puerto Rico), Skyliners and Bonn (Germany), Taipei Wan Bao (Taiwan), Kanazawa (Japan), Seef (Bahrain), and Algeria (Algeria). The host nation, the United Arab Emirates, will be represented by Team Al Ain.

Ignacio Soriano, Head of 3x3 Basketball Events at FIBA, expressed his delight at returning to Abu Dhabi, noting that the city was the first to host a World Tour stop a decade ago. He praised the remarkable growth of the sport in the UAE since then.
Soriano also commended the Abu Dhabi Sports Council for creating an ideal environment for competition and for fostering the development of the 3x3 basketball community in the UAE. He expressed confidence that this year’s edition will continue the tournament’s success with a vibrant mix of thrilling matches and spectacular entertainment both on and off the court.
The total prize pool of the tournament exceeds USD 200,000, distributed among the top seven teams, with additional awards for teams that secure early victories and for the best two-point shooter.
Spectators will enjoy a fully immersive entertainment experience throughout the two-day event, including live music performances, community competitions, and the famous Slam Dunk Show, all in a lively sporting atmosphere that embodies the youthful and dynamic spirit of the game.
3x3 basketball is among the fastest-growing sports worldwide, thanks to its fan-friendly nature and accessibility, especially after being included in the Olympic Games. Hosting this global tournament in Abu Dhabi further strengthens the city’s reputation as a world-class sports hub.
